Every Reyllen product is engineered for performance, precision, and durability. The Endure Warranty is our commitment to you, a promise that your gear will meet the high standards we demand of everything we make.
We understand that every product has a customary wearable life, the natural lifespan of performance gear under real training conditions. Materials wear, fabrics break down, and components fatigue. That’s normal. What’s not normal is failure caused by a manufacturing defect or premature material breakdown. That’s where Endure steps in.
Our team reviews every warranty claim individually, taking into account product type, usage, and condition. We’ll repair or replace items that don’t meet our standards and when repair or replacement isn’t possible, we’ll issue store credit.
ENDURE WARRANTY BREAKDOWN
Because grips experience constant friction and stress, they naturally wear over time.
We cover all manufacturing defects and premature wear for 6 months from the date of delivery.
If your grips fail before their time, we’ll repair or replace them.
Recommended lifespan: 6–9 months of regular training.
Improper use, care, or normal wear and tear are not covered.
- Handles: Covered for 3 years against any manufacturing or mechanical defect. Includes internal parts.
- Cables: Covered for 3 months, as they are subject to high friction and natural wear.
We’ll repair or replace any component that fails under normal use.
*Cosmetic damage and surface scuffs are not covered.
All Reyllen apparel is backed for 1 year from the date of purchase.
This includes:
- Material or stitching defects, zippers
- Premature wear or damage under normal use
*Does not include general wear, fading, pilling, or damage from improper care.
Belts, knee sleeves and wrist wraps are covered for 1 year from purchase for manufacturing defects and structural issues.
Reyllen backpacks are designed to go anywhere and endure everything.
They’re covered for 3 years against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
*Everyday wear, abrasions, and fading are not covered.
Our sunglasses are protected under the Endure Warranty for 1 year against:
- Frame or hinge defects
- Lens separation or coating issues
- Manufacturing flaws
*Scratches, accidental damage, or breakage from impact are not covered.
While our gear is built to last, certain types of damage fall outside the Endure Warranty:
- Improper use (using products outside intended training or environmental conditions)
- Improper care (failure to follow product care instructions)
- Normal wear & tear (expected degradation over time)
- Negligence or accidental damage (tears, burns, impacts, chemical damage, or misuse)
- Final sale, clearance, or discounted items (unless approved on a case-by-case basis)
- Products not purchased through reyllen.com or reyllenusa.com
