Flare Pro is Reyllen’s modular speed rope built for athletes who want one rope they can learn on, progress with and keep using as their skill level improves. With aluminium handles, dual frictionless bearings, detachable handle extensions and multiple cable options, it is designed to support everything from first double unders to faster, more technical skipping.

Many competitor ropes split hard between beginner ropes, speed ropes and freestyle handles. Flare Pro closes that gap by offering adjustability and control in one platform. The detachable extensions can make timing easier for newer athletes and open up more reach for crossover work, while the bearing system keeps the rope fast, smooth and responsive when you want to push pace. Different handle and cable colour options also make it easier to personalise a setup without sacrificing performance.

Flare Pro is best for CrossFit athletes who want a durable, long-term rope for single unders, double unders and crossover progression. It is less ideal for athletes shopping purely on lowest price or for those who want a highly freestyle-specific rope. All cables are 300 cm and can be cut to size, making setup straightforward across different heights and preferences.
