Flare Pro is Reyllen’s modular speed rope built for athletes who want one rope they can learn on, progress with and keep using as their skill level improves. With aluminium handles, dual frictionless bearings, detachable handle extensions and multiple cable options, it is designed to support everything from first double unders to faster, more technical skipping.

Many competitor ropes split hard between beginner ropes, speed ropes and freestyle handles. Flare Pro closes that gap by offering adjustability and control in one platform. The detachable extensions can make timing easier for newer athletes and open up more reach for crossover work, while the bearing system keeps the rope fast, smooth and responsive when you want to push pace. Different handle and cable colour options also make it easier to personalise a setup without sacrificing performance.

Flare Pro is best for CrossFit athletes who want a durable, long-term rope for single unders, double unders and crossover progression. It is less ideal for athletes shopping purely on lowest price or for those who want a highly freestyle-specific rope. All cables are 300 cm and can be cut to size, making setup straightforward across different heights and preferences.

    Great rope, very smooth bearings. I got the PVC and it feels soft and flexible.

    I can’t yet speak to durability but will update if anything changes.

    I’m docking a star because this version with the pommels attached don’t fit in the rope pouch (I can’t seem to leave a review on the pouch for some reason).

    Double unders here I come!

    I'm hoping this rope will help me achieve the double unders I can't nail! Early testing shows it is really smooth and I'm looking forward to putting it to the test properly.     I bolts to put the skipping rope together are so tiny and they don’t give any spares… just be super careful putting it together. I have no idea where to get the tiny bolts to replace it & reyllen arnt replying to me either. Other than that … looks like a pretty good rope

    I just bought Flare MX Speed Rope. Unfortunately I cannot use it, as the rope is 300 cm and therefore too short for me. (male 187 cm). So, very frustrating as the rope is not cheap!

    Yes, Reyllen Flare Pro Speed Rope handles are covered by our 1st class Endure warranty. If you handles break or stop performing as intended we will replace them no questions asked within 3 years of purchase. For the cables we offer 3 month warranty for premature wear as these are subject to high friction and will naturally wear over time.

    What does cable lag mean?

    Cable lag defines how the overall jump rope feels and performs. Softer cables with PVC coating are great for more control and feel, however, they have higher "lag" when spinning making them naturally slower than stiffer cables like Nylon Pro or Nylon X. Lag is the curvature of the cable when viewed from side profile during single or double unders.

    What are the detachable Flare Pro handle extensions for?

    Handle extensions such as the ones you find on Flare Pro Speed Ropes create bigger level and therefore manage control and feel better for those learning double under skills. Handle extensions can also manage forearm fatigue during larger sets and create wider reach for crossovers.

    How do I maintain my Flare Pro handles?

    Flare Pro handles are made with an open bearing system that can accumulate some dust or chalk over time, however, simply clear out any debris inside the handle with compressed air spray and apply lubrication like WD-40 every few months to keep you handles spinning well. Try and keep them away from moisture.

    Are the Flare Pro cables pre-cut?

    All of our cables come in at 300cm length and can be cut to size as preferred. Once you find the right length for your style, we recommend cutting the cable ends flush with both handles for a smooth look and clutter-free cable management.

    How do I replace the cables?

    Line up your new cable with existing cable and cut to the same length. Then you can simply install the new cable like the previous one with both cable ends flush with the handles
