The Velcro is super sticky, and gives me 100% confidence when lifting.
It is also though versatile enough to be worn in workouts too though, it’s slimline design is key to this - yet somehow this span affect my max lifts 👌🏼
I would also recommend getting the belt bag too, as this keeps it in good shape and protects the Velcro
I practically live in these joggers! So comfy and durable. I can train with ease in these, the stretch fabric is second to none in my opinion.
Another feature I also like is the many pocket/zip options for keeping safe keys/phone etc whilst training/running.
The waistband too is so flexible, they keep themselves in place without being too tight or too loose. ❤️

Great for everything, cardio, lifts and gymnastics. Really comfortable and good fitting too!
Been using this bag daily for the last 9 months. Pros: Great capacity - can fit all my gym gear and trainers with loads of space left to use as overnight bag. Love all the different pockets - the big internal velcro pocket is great for wet gear after workouts. Good quality and still looks as good as when I bought it. Comfortable to wear. Cons: All the zip pullers detached from the zips pretty quickly - the only quality issue. I replaced them all with new ones off Amazon that cost £5 and they look good and do the job. The bag also sticks out pretty far from your upper back and you’re at risk of hitting people with it a lot! But that’s the price you pay for capacity.
When they arrived I thought they were too big and chunky but I was wrong! Excellent knee sleeves, great lenght (I followed the measurement chart for the size, it is spot on), they really keep the knees warm, easy to get on & off (even with long leggings on) and you most definetly feel the difference and support! I have issues with my left knee mostly, it flares up from time to time especially on heavy squat days - I did a set with a specific load without them, felt ache in my knee, put them on and it felt like they took 15yrs of my knees 🤣
Big big difference! Made me get to even bigger squat loads without overthinking in my head if it will flare up later on!
So definetly would recommend!
