The tees. The Echo T-shirt is the training tee from the Echo range, cut for CrossFit, Hyrox and gym sessions. The Neo T-shirt goes the other way. It is a cotton and spandex blend in an athletic raglan fit, for training that does not need the most technical fabric in the room and for the hours either side of it. Neo runs small, so take the size guide seriously.

Women's Echo Sport Bra. Medium support in Elyra™, a cooling stretch blend that holds its shape once you have sweated into it. Cross-back straps spread the load across the shoulders instead of hanging it off two points, which is what stops a bra digging in by the back half of a session. Removable cups, and reflective logos front and back. Size on your underbust, because that band is what carries the support.

Hero Jacket. The layer for training outdoors in weather. Four-way stretch softshell with a DWR water-repellent finish and a wind-resistant face, an adjustable helmet-compatible hood, a waist cinch and secure zip pockets. Unisex fit.
