    • Returns
      1. Do you accept returns/exchanges over and above what customers are entitled to by law (i.e. a replacement/repair for a minor fault or refund for a major fault)? - Yes, absolutely!
      2. Do you allow for refunds for a change of mind? If so, how long do customers have to contact you? - Yes, our customers have 30 days to decide whether they wish to keep the product or return for exchange or refund.

     

    • Shipping
      1. Where do you post to? How long does it take you to process an order before it is dispatched? - All orders are processed and dispatched the same day (businesses days). Nationwide delivery is between 2-3 working days with 2nd Class Royal Mail Service, however, we offer additional 1st Class Tracked Service (24 hour delivery) for a little extra cost at checkout. Delivery times for Europe are between 5-10 days and 7-21 days for the rest of the world.
      2. Where are your packages shipped from? - Southampton, United Kingdom.
      3. Do you post packages internationally? - Yes, we offer shipping service to anywhere in the world.
      4. How do you price your postage? - Nationwide delivery is FREE on orders above £20! All other orders require a small £0.99 charge for delivery. Orders to Europe take between 5-10 working days and orders to rest of the world 7-21 working days. See our shipping & delivery section.
      5. Tracking - Order value below £35 is not tracked, however, we offer tracking services for any order above.

      1. What payment methods do you accept? - We accept PayPal, Apple Pay and Credit/Debit Card Payments.
